Getting Started with MyBayCare

Who can sign up for myBayCare? Anyone 18 or older can sign up for myBayCare. Follow the steps below to register for a myBayCare account.

1: If you received an activation code, on your After Visit Summary, go to my.baycare.net. Click the ‘Sign up now‘ button and enter the activation code.

2: Via Text or Email: Click the link and follow the prompts. The link will take you to the LiveWell with Advocate Aurora (a BayCare partner) page. The username and password you create for your LiveWell account will be the same username and password you will use when logging into myBayCare.

3: If you don’t have an activation code, you can create a myBayCare account by answering a few questions. Your answers will be used to connect your new account with your existing medical record.

MyBayCare is a very secure portal, but one needs to accept all the Terms and Conditions. Here are the step-by-step instructions to log in to the BayCare Patient Portal (myBayCare):

2: Enter credentials: On the login page, type in your email address (or username) and password and click “Sign In” to proceed

3: (Optional) Use two-step verification: You’ll get a one-time code via text or email if enabled. Enter that code to complete the sign‑in.

How to Recover Your Username/Password

You can retrieve it through your saved passwords on your computer browser, OR click on forgot username or forgot password just below the login information. The system will help you retrieve or update this information.

It will require that you enter your full name and date of birth for username retrieval and your username, date of birth, and zip code for password retrieval. 

If you have an email address on file, your myBayCare Username will be sent to your email account.

If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your myBayCare help desk at 1-855-642-6903 to help you regain access to your myBayCare account.
