Things You Should Know Before Using myBayCare
1: Two-step verification: Keeping your myBayCare account safe and secure. Each time you sign in to your account, we’ll ask you to use two-step verification as an extra layer of security. In addition to your username and password, you’ll enter a one-time use security code that helps us verify your identity.
2: Coronavirus/COVID-19 Alert: Please call your provider’s office for guidance if you:
- Think you’ve been exposed to COVID-19
- Are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, including: fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, congestion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, headache, increased fatigue, muscle/body aches, or new onset loss of taste or smell.

Some of the most convenient parts of the BayCare Patient Portal Login portal is the ability to view madical records handle billing online. You don’t need to wait for a paper statement or call the billing office — here’s how to log in:

1: Go to the BayCare Patient portal: Copy my.baycare.net/BaycareClinicsMyChart and click “Log In Now.”
2: Enter credentials: On the login page, type in your Mybaycare username and password and click “Sign In” to proceed
3: (Optional) Use two-step verification: If enabled, you’ll get a one-time code via text or email. Enter that code to complete.
Once logged in, you can now:
- View your test results, visit history, and health summaries
- Make your bill payments
- Message your care team
- Request prescription refills
- Schedule or view appointments
If You’re Not Yet Enrolled
- Click “sign up now.”
- Find this option on the login page
- Provide personal info
- Enter first name, last name, date of birth, email, and optionally SSN
- Verify your identity
- The system matches your details with your BayCare medical record
- Create your account
- Choose a username, password, accept the terms, and finish the setup. You’ll then be able to log in like existing users.
Forgot Login Info?
- Click “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” on the login page.
- Follow the prompts to receive reset instructions via email.
Access via Mobile App
You can also sign in using the BayCare mobile app, which mirrors the web portal’s login process
