You can get the care you need now, quickly, efficiently and from providers you know and trust by accessing Virtual Urgent Care. Through the myBayCare MyChart App, you can:

How to Download the myBayCare MyChart App

The MyChart app for both Android and iOS allows patients to access their myBayCare MyChart account from a phone or tablet. You download the MyChart app for iOS on the App Store or for Android on Google Play.

  • Download it on the App Store for iOS: Open your App Store and search for myBayCare MyChart App then download and install.
  • Download it on Google Play for Android: Open your Google Play Store and search for myBayCare MyChart App then download and install.

myBayCare Login

Need to login to access your health information? Look no further than your myBayCare patient portal. From your myBayCare MyChart, you may see and print your health information from February 1, 2015 to the present — anytime, day or night, 365 days a year!

You may also share your records, including many of your imaging studies with anyone you choose. Below is the step by step process to log in to the myBayCare patient portal.

  • Go to the myBayCare login page.
  • Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and
  • Click Sign In to access your account.

For First-time users: Click the “Sign Up Now” button above the User Login form. A signup screen will display. You can either register using the email address that you provided to the office or you can register by creating a username and entering a security code provided to you from the office.

Forgot Username/Password? If you’re having trouble logging in to your myBayCare patient portal account, click the  forgot username or forgot password link below the log in fields for assistance. You will go through two-step verification to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.
