How to Recover Your myBayCare Password

If you cannot remember your password for the BayCare Patient Portal (myBayCare), you can reset it online securely:

1. Go to the myBayCare Login Page

• Visit: https://www.mybaycare.org

2. Click on “Forgot Password?”

• Under the password entry field, click the “Forgot Password?” link or copy my.baycare.net/BaycareClinicsMyChart/passwordreset.asp into your browser and launch it.

3. Verify Your Identity

• You’ll be asked to enter your:
  • myBayCare username
  • Date of birth
  • Email address linked to your account

4. Receive Reset Instructions

• If your information matches the records, you’ll receive a password reset link via email.

5. Create a New Password

• Click the link in the email, then:
  • Enter a new secure password
  • Confirm it
  • Click Submit/Save

You will now be able to log in with your new password.
